QIC started his Monday off in atypical fashion, having never been “Q” of the tablesetter, and I am pretty sure I have only attended the workout twice in my career, I was looking for something different. Puddles and quickly formulated a plan to find a “guinea pig” for our little game of hide and seek. Steamer appeared to be the weakest member of the Pax, as he complained of having to find a bathroom. Puddles quickly sprung into action sending Steamer towards locked bathrooms, and uncooperative hotels. Once Steamer was about 100 yards away we quickly briefed the Pax on the objective and we set off on our Mosey towards the The old ice cream shop for warmarama.

The Thang:
1. Run to empty lot by Floyds for:
10 Burpees, 20 Merkins, 20 Squats
2. 7th Street:
10 Burpees, an obnoxiously long peoples chair, 20 Merkins
3. Jib:
Bear Crawl side one, Lt Dan side two, bear crawl side three, Lt Dan side four, 20 low slow flutters, 20 Step ups
4. Sanitary sidewalk;
20 Chain Derkins, 20 Dips, 20 Low Slow Flutters
Repeat
5. Run to empty lot by Floyds for:
10 Burpees, 20 Merkins, 20 Squats

We covered about 3.5 miles.
Needless to say the Pax won the game of hide and seek, Steamer moseyed up just before Mary… Mission accomplished. Pleasure to Lead!
