HAPPY 54th BIRTHDAY MONKEY WRENCH

YHC arrived early to find the morning breezy but warm. YHC’s plan was to lay 10 cones from end of the parking lot to the other. The wind was reckoning havoc, so YHC decided to move to the front but no help. When YHC returned to the parking lot he saw two had already arrived. Blart and Sniffer joined YHC,  Kiwi came rolling in and we were off for warm-a-rama.

WARM-A-RAMA

Mosey towards the back parking lot and stop for SSH x 20, Sun Gods x10 (L&R), Abe Vigodas x 15

Mosey to the far side of the parking lot for Cotton Pickers x 15, Imperial Walkers x 15 and Good Mornings x 15. Mosey to the front of the building where our first cone was located.

THE THANG

YHC informed the group that even though he couldn’t be with Monkey Wrench on his birthday and we would honor him in our workout

PAX would do 5 of each exercise at each cone, working our way long ways from one side of the parking lot to the other

Round 1 – Burpees and LBC’s (IC) 25 of each OYO – Mosey back to start. PAX was confused on the first round as the wind had blown the cones in a zig zag pattern instead of a straight line.

Round 2 – Plank Jacks (SC) and Squats (SC) OYO, it was brought to YHC’s attention that he was doing Mountain Climbers for two stations, good catch Blart. Mosey back to start

Round 3 – Burpees and LBC’s (IC) 25 of each with the PAX doing four together of each exercise at the end,  54 total. Mosey back to start

Round 4 -Plank Jacks (SC) and Squats, 25 of each with the PAX doing four of each together to make 54 of each. Mosey back to start

Round 5 – Hand release merkins and WW1’s. This time the PAX would do 10 of each exercise alternating at every cone.  50 of each and the PAX doing four at the end together for 54 of each.

Kiwi took us out, as he prayed for the men of F3 and their families.

YHC is always honored to lead the men of F3. Meeting Kiwi for the first time and building a continuing bond with Sniffer and Blart is a big part of F3. I am hoping the PAX will continue to spread the word about the Earned Respect. There are more sad clowns out there and we need to find them.
