  • Started off with some Sun gods and cotton pockets. From there we took a short run to the track. Began on the turns and lunged until reaching the next turn. Stopping for 16 side straddle hops. Then we took a mosey to the next corner. Stopping at this corner for 15 mountain climbers. From this corner to the next was the bear crawl. Reaching this corner we stopped for 14 plank jacks. Taking a mosey we proceeded to the next turn. Here it was 13 burpees. We continued this routine until working our way down to 1 burpee. I don’t know about anyone else but I was sweating before it was over. Leaving the track we headed behind the school for some for fun. We proceeded to do a round of monkey humpers and wojos, followed by dips, step ups and dips. In my excitement I lost track of the hard stop and we finished up late. My apologies guys.
