YHC rolled up right on time to find 5 PAX ready to go. We Moseyed to the pirate field for some warmoroma.

We Moseyed to the basketball court since it was final four weekend and once there it went as follows

To the fence for some suicide runs .We did two sets.
BTTW (fence) with each man giving a 5 count
We then ran the length of the court again and then ran backwards on the way back. We did did another full length of the Court followed by a karaoke. The pax then when back to the fence and yhc instructed the pax to put one leg on the fence and one leg on the pavement. Whe did Carolina dry docks x10 each alternating each leg.
We then moseyed back to Front Street and partnered up for some leg throw Downs. Each man did man did 10. We then mosoyed to Tweeds Marina for some paver work.

Finally we did 9 curls and 8 tricep press in honor of Sister Jean.
