Dreadnought Backblast

A Pax of 12 regulars showed up promptly at West for the latest edition of the Dreadnought.  YHC loves this AO and find it to be the most enjoyable to Q.  With a welcome, mission statement, and a let’s move we mosey’d around the parking lot cutting through the outer classroom breezeway for:

Partner up at the track

15 booyah merkins SC, move.  Mosey to Glad Tidings parking lot for,

10 Bropees OYO, move.  Mosey to the trail around to the first light for,

15 partner derkins, flapjack the plank partner rinse and repeat.

Mosey to the 3rd light for the 1st of 3 rounds of 10/10/10s.  The end of the first bridge was the second stop and the turn to Swinson was the 3rd.

10 partner derkins each

Mosey to the tennis courts for an Esau’s ladder

2 merkins, 2 alternating shoulder taps IC x 2 run to the opposite side and back

4 merkins, 4 alternating shoulder taps IC laddering up to 10 while running between each set

Mosey back stopping at the same places that we stopped at on the way out.  Each time:

Thruster Star Jump SC x 15

Hard Mosey back to the track for the following:

Partner 1 runs across the field at the 50 yard line and performs LSFs until his partner arrives that ran the 200m loop around the track, switch out and flipflop back to the start.

The HIN moves to Ft Benjamin this month with Hillary on the Q.  Continued prayers for Davis Hesmer, Catherine Parker, and Shroom’s main squeeze Abi.  Happy F3 anniversary to Duck Butter and Monket Wrench.  Monkey took us out with a wonderful prayer and so the mission was complete.
