Crime Scene @ Boondocks

The cold weather and strong threat of rain didn’t keep these dedicated men from meeting me at Cape Carteret Baptist Church.  HS at 5:30 with mission and disclaimer mentioned.

the plan was to mosey to the dock for a beautiful gloomy water view.  at each street intersection we stopped for 5 burpees, 10 chill cut plank jack pickle pounders, 15 merkins, 20 side straddle hops (ic), and 20 monkey humpers (ic).

We arrived at the dock to see that yellow crime scene tape would prevent us from continuing. Rinse and repeat back to the church for Pax choice Mary = Freddy Merks, a Buttoncap toe tap original, dips, birdman crunches, and protractor.
