This morning was Stone Cold but we ran with Royalty

HIMs-a-plenty this morning on the Mile.

Thank you for making the cold trip out to keep the double digits rolling at FrankandBeans’ AO. I am continually impressed and humbled by the quality of men in Carterico F3.

Easy Left Right Left down Coast Guard rd, chasing the likes of Bedsore, Meme, and Burnout. Griswold, Boil and FrankandBeans solid as ever while Cheech took ReRun out and back on a PR!!! YHC had the pleasure of bending the ears of Faceplant and the Nantaan for a short 45 min. It was almost like he knew exactly what was coming as Faceplant asked Navy “how the Q was picked each day” I couldn’t help but smile as I saw that softball float into the strike zone 🙂
