Where Buttoncap?

YHC was not excited to be getting up on another cold morning when it is supposed to be warm, but the idea of working out with the PAX got me going.  I knew it might be a light crowd as many of our brothers are off with family on spring break.  No problem though cause Buttoncap had HC’d.  The others come driving up Lunch, Sparkles, TR and we were looking at each other confused about Button.  Well it was time to go so off we went.

Decided we would head to the docks today, mosey with stops along the way for some exercises.  Once there partner up and did relays back and forth on the dock including AMRAP of dips, irking, dirkins, Step ups.  It was time to mosey back and made some more stops along the way for some warmarama with an alarmingly quiet car that almost took out 4 F3 brothers at once.  We wer spry enough to avoid any damage.
