What: Boonedocks BlackBlast
When: 9/5/17
PAX: Pillbox (Respect), Snookie, Couch Potato (Respect), Sparkles, Hammy (Respect), McMuffin, Vice, Maytag, Laettner, Griswold, Purple Rain (Q).
YHC arrived a little groggy but excited to be up on such a glorious morning with the stars shinning bright and the Moon in full effect. The PAX rolled in and I wasted no time and quickly ran through Mission and Dislcaimer. I was really excited to see what the beautiful morning might look like from the docks so off we went on our Mosey.
1st stop for a little warmarama. I called out Sun Gods and PAX spoke up to keep it down due to being in a residential neighborhood. Apparently, they were scared after last weeks berating by the nice Swansboro Lady. So we proceeded to count in something slightly above a whisper. Sun Gods x10 IC reverse, Left over Right and reverse. Off to our Mosey.
2nd Stop, I was kind of over the warm up thing and dove into what we are here for. Do not really remember numbers but consisted of some merkins and squats and Mosey again. 3rd Stop more merkins, Sqauts and mosey. 4th Stop Merkins, squats, and something else don’t remember but doesn’t matter we did not stay long as it was time for a Jail Break to the Docks.
The dock was not disappointing as the cool breeze and moon set was worth the run. We proceeded with the following routine.
30 dips lunge to end of dock 15 merkins sprint back
25 Irkins Lunge to end of dock 15 merkins sprint back
10 Dirkins Lunge to end of dock 15 merkins and sprint back
As the PAX were busting through this we had some extra time so we did some more dips and Irkins before our Mosey back.
1st Stop: We did some Merkins, Squats, and LBCs – Mosey
2nd Stop: Merkins, Carolina Dry Docks, Squats – Indian Run to next Stop
3rd Stop: Air Presses, Carolina Dry Docks, Squauts
Side Shuffle to light pole, reverse it to next pole, back Pedal to next, and Jail Break to Parking Lot
We had some time so Laettner led us in some Merkins and then we did some Carolina Dry docks

Announcements: Constanza on Prometheus on Wednesday, Griswold on Rolling Stone and Lassie on FOD. Talked about our end of summer party on the islands and needing to RSVP to Purple Rain. Praises for my dad, Snookie’s M last Chemo this week, and CCBC calling a student pastor.
Hammy led us out in a great prayer.
I am constantly amazed by the effort and improvement of our group. We did this same routine when we first started and were not able to finish it all due to running out of time. We actually added several items this morning and the guys still seemed ready for more. You guys push me and encourage me more than you will every know and I am humbled, appreciative, and honored to have led you this morning.
