When I realized we didn’t have a Q for this Knarr at the Hashmark last week, Buckeye quickly voluntold me I could Q.  I realized that was a great idea because I always enjoy Q-ing the Knarr.  Then when I got an HC from Navy, I knew it was going to be epic!  Of course, there was some debate over whether or not that was actually Navy’s virgin Knarr or not.  I’m not sure we ever came to a conclusion.  We also welcomed Princess.  Then from the east we had Madoff and Suitcase join as well.  Add in 7 regulars and we ended up with 11 total.  My original plan was to explore the loop around the fields but the forecast said there may be rain.  I then Omaha-ed that plan Sunday evening and kept our feet dry.  I’m pretty sure we still got a good work out in.  Here’s what we did!

Warm-a-Rama
20 Side Straddle Hops IC
10 Sun Gods IC – fwd/bwd
20 Imperial Walkers
10 Cotton Pickers
10 Windmills
Lt over Rt/Rt over Lt Stretch

The Thang
Dora – Ft. Benjamin Loop
100 Merkins
200 Squats
300 LBCs

Wall – The stage that Newport didn’t let Pasqually build…
People’s Chair – 10 count each
Balls to the Wall – 5 count each
Rinse and Repeat

Elevens – Side to side of the Basketball Court
10 Burpees
1 WWI’s

9/2, 8/3, 7/4, etc. – Yes, that made 55 Burpees…  But the mumble chatter stopped.

Picnic Tables
15 Urkins & Dips
10 Urkins & Dips
5 Urkins & Dips

Mary
PAX Choice – If I had done my back blast on the day of the workout like I always have before, I might have remembered these…

As always, it was a pleasure to serve.  The Knarr is a great AO with some great regulars.  It was really nice to have some guests from the east and the west.

Continue praying for Laettner and his M.

Ricardo
