Started off with a little mosey. Did a few warm up exercises. Headed over to the football field. Started off with burpees and then added merkins, plank jacks, mountain climbers and pickle pounders. Headed over to the back road and ran poles while starting off with 10 dying cock roaches, low slow flutters, hello dollie and something else I cannot remember at the moment. Worked it down to 1 . Back to the parking lot for 5 minutes of approved Mary for RB.
