Four men couldn’t wait for the Man O’ War in Beaufort and showed up 3 minutes early for some mumble chatter that morning.    The Docks were abuzz with locals and dingbatters ready and practicing for the SUP competition which was set to take place that weekend. With Boss having lost in the past peddling harder than Lance Armstrong with a modified bicycle boat, he vowed to re-enter the competition this year and claim victory.  Godspeed Boss. We know you can do it.

With no time to waste, the disclaimer was disclaimed and we immediately got to it with SSH IC x25

Quick Run to the Cru-Bar.

We stopped in the street for some Copperhead squats, x20 IC, and Boss took a detour and attended to a suspicious car in the Craft beer establishment’s parking lot with the passenger door wide open and the car alarm blaring like we were in the Bronx.  Our ears were freshly bleeding for several minutes, but Boss was Johnny on the spot committing a low-level felony before the BHA noise police could show and demonstrated some unexpected expertise in disabling car alarms. We were rolling high at that point.

More rolling warmups…

Merkins x 20

Run to the bridge to nowhere,

Dora.

20 Burpees, 50 Overhead Claps IC, 75 Merkins, 100 WW2 Situps, 125 Squats

Run Back to the Dockhouse, where the Sky opened up.

First Citizens Bank Mary

25 LSF, 40 Step ups, 20 Erkins, and some Donkey kicks for good measure

Wet and wild morning, good to lead. Thanks to all for coming out.
