11 hardy men met at the sanatorium on a cool crisp autumn morn. For the weekly ruck. The goal was to cover some miles do 100 reps of work and keep a steady pace. With the mission statement delivered it was off to the west. We stopped twice on the way out. 1st stop at 11th street

After our 100 reps were out of the way We booked as much mileage as possible.
We managed to cover 4.6-4.7 miles depending on who’s Fatbit you trust.
Launching from sanitary and getting to the foot of the bridge on the Channel marker side and back just s little after HS time we circled up at 6:32.
Announcements were made and Spinal took us out with a very fine prayer.
