It was a nice cool start to the Hashmark on Friday, Oct 18, 2019.  The weather was ideal and we had a great group of experienced and proven PAX show up to work out.  We quickly took off down the street and headed for our first intersection for warmarama.

SSH x15, Windmill x10, CP x10, Sung Gods x10, Rev Sun Gods x10, WIllie Mayes Hayes x10, Lt over Rt, Rt over Lt

We moseyed to the parking lot at the golf course where we began our main event.  We split up into partners and jumped in with partner 1 doing a lap and partner 2 doing merkins.  We rotated laps and merkins until each group completed 200.  The rotation was….

Merkins x200

Squats x200

Dips x200

Derkins x200

LBC’s x200

We then did a set of Lt Dan Suicides following the parking spaces.  We then began our  mosey home towards the flag stopping at intersections for various mary exercises until we made it back to the flag.
