US Marine Corps Physical Fitness Test

  1. As many merkins as possible during a timed 2 minute period
  2. As many sit ups as possible during a timed 2 minute period
  3. 3 mile run

Scoring based upon number of reps and run time. Score/age dictates 1st class, 2nd class, or 3rd class. YHC fumbled the scoring. Go to www.cuttingscores.com. Select calculators from the drop down, then select PFT. Enter your age and numbers from this morning. It should produce an accurate report. YHC thinks you should add a few points for the heat and humidity factor. Strong work, men!
