We had nine strong men met at The Hashmark all arrivals were on time, impressive work Kiwi and Maytag. Mission Statement issued and we circled up for Warmarama:
10 burpees then 9 burpees (I wanted to go the whole way down but was still waking up).
Mosey across the street to the playground for 8 burpees then 7 burpees. Mosey to the tennis courts for Thang One:
Four Corner – 1st corner was 10 merkins, bear crawl forward to 2nd corner for 10 merkins and 10 squats, bear crawl left for 10 merkins, 10 squats, and 10 lbcs, bear crawl backwards to 3rd corner for 10 merkins, 10 squats, 10 lbcs, and 10 side straddle hops, bear crawl right.
Mosey through the condos to the flag pole by the water – more burpees, I think just six here?
Mosey through neighborhood to partner up for Thang Two:
DORA – partner one run down to the picnic table at the water while partner two knocks out reps. Exercises were 50 merkins, 100 squats, 200 lbcs, and 300 side straddle hops.
Mosey back towards the flag with a few stops to finish our burpee count down to one. I may have duplicated a few numbers so naturally Maytag brought my ECU education in to question.
we hit the flag for Pax Choice Mary. Everyone had a turn and we threw in a quick mosey lap in the middle. Hard stop after four burpees, then three. Happy 43th Ricardo!
Names, Announcements, Kiwi led COT. We all grabbed some liquid hydration and hung around afterwards.
