In the words of Lassie, a Glorious Morning was enjoyed by all at the Rucky Duck this morning, and it was DBP weather.  We will be wishing for mornings like this in a couple of months so we need to take advantage of as many of these as possible.  Trucks started rolling in that I don’t normally see on Friday mornings which was awesome.  With one in attendance “from off”, I thought it was best to give a proper disclaimer and Mission Statement.  Next a little stretch that was the first of a few tricks up ol’ Suitcase’s sleeve which is not normal for a Friday morning Mosey.

After stretching, packs on and we headed down Evans St.  The plan was to avoid that damn barking dog at all cost.  Every few blocks we would stop and do exercises that consisted of Ruck Dead Lifts, Over head Presses, Low Slow Flutter, Merkins, Box Cutters and an occasional over head ruck hold.  I warned everyone in the pre-blast there would be some exercises!  We stopped at Shevins for a quick round of Erkins and Derkins.  This has been a merkin week so might as well continue, and Puddles has the Hero tomorrow so you know how much he loves a merkin-you have been warned!  Packs back  on and we  headed back to Sweet Beans stopping along the way for more reps.

Announcements: Puddles on the Hero tomorrow
