YHC arrived at the AO with several PAX already looking for Cooter.  Weather was perfect so we started hot and stayed that way.  You just love a warm January morning with no rain.  Looks like the west had the most attended AO today.  Only 51 weeks left in 2019,  we had to make it count.

Started with a slow mosey with high knees and butt kicks courtesy of Navy,  cotton pickers and windmills.

Next, since time was our theme today, a couple of timed circuit training, courtesy of Pillbox.

circuit 1    merkins, squats, LBCs, plank jacks  [3 rounds  1st 30 sec each 2nd 45 sec each 3rd 45 sec each] with 30 sec mosey between each set

circuit 2   seal jacks, bobby hurleys, mountain climbers, burpees  [3 rounds each 30 sec, 45 sec, 45 sec] 30 sec mosey between each set

circuit 3   peter parkers, Lt dans, groiners, star jumps [ 3 rounds each 30 sec, 45 sec, 45 sec] 30 sec mosey between each set

Last set   run through each exercise 30 sec each nonstop,  omaha last half to rally to flag.
