After nearly 2 weeks of down time, LunchBox sneaking in a few exercises on a ruck, then a true to life Snookie Rolling Stone involving a van, I felt the place where the muscles were supposed to be and needed to get back in the groove. YHC had full intent on attending the Mullet Wrapper, no intent on Q’ing… But when a brother calls, one must rise, so I did the same as Snookie [I’ll spare details, unavailable for Q] when the 4 other PAX arrived, delegated.
Navy [welcome back bro!] lead us over the river and thru the woods for a mosey, stop at pull up bar for intense effort [got to be to see], then down the back stretch until we ran into a pack of wolves [LuLu], back to the Pavilion of Pain, Warm-a-Rama by Tony Romo, thx guys
The Thang – a mixed version of “Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes” – Shoulders, Abs, Bi’s and Tri’s, dips, Lbc’s, etc, my new fav uneven merkins with one hand on picnic table bench… a million or so calf raises, lunges, Lt dan’s, Sparkles with Burpee/back run combo was nice twist around the tennis court. TonyRomo with the coupons to fill in a few more minutes. TClaps to SiteQ DumpsterDawg, keeping the PAX motivated, sometimes just by showing up, sometimes with the relentless mumble chatter, always good to be around. Never a dull moment with these guys, we laughed until we prayed, ooopps, we suck, we laughed while we prayed [during extended supermans] but asked for forgiveness after.
