The PAX had some concerns about the Hashmark AO. The AO had become the dumping ground for Brandywine’s hurricane debris. YHC went and checked it out and there was room for parking. The last several weeks have left us few options for a workouts because of the danger of debris. YHC was determined to change all that and find an alternate route. After a brief talk with the M about my plan, I was told it was off listens and it’s private property. One thing you should know about yours truly is, I don’t like rules and enjoy breaking them if no harm is done. I think the M knew it as well. YHC was first on the scene, followed by Cooter, Ricardo, Kiwi and Dash 8. Squid was an SC flying from Nashville. Monkey Wrench made up some excuse about bringing an FNG to the stampede and Pasqually…well who knos. The 3 ,2, 1 was given, the 3 F’s and a flawless mission statement.

WARM-A-RAMA

Taking the normal route down the main drag the PAX would stop at every list or so for SSH’sx20, Sun Godsx10 each way, Abe Vigodasx10, done so slow that Kiwi or Ricardo forgot what number we were on, Cotton Pickersx15, Monkey Humpersx10 and finish up with a left over right stretch, right over left and move to the side because of the car. PAX found itself at the cart path crossover to the golf course and down the path we went.

THE THANG

Dash 8 was the only one to read the preblast because he came equipped with a head lamp. Pax started on the tee box with 5 burpees, OYO. We would run halfway down the fairway for WW1’s x 20 and then to the green for 10 Hand Release Merkins. Repeat at next hole. Next two holes would be 5 burpees, LBC’s x 20 IC and 10 Alternating Shoulder Taps. We covered a par4, 3, 4 and a 4. The PAX would do everything in reverse order coming back. YHC had to admit that it looked easier on paper,

After the last set of burpees mosey to the flag by the glow of Dash 8’s light. Now known as Rudolph. Dash 8 said we covered 3.4 miles. I believe him

Check Slack for your chance to give back to the community or join Dash 8 at his VQ at the FOD. Ricardo will be Q’ing Monday at the Knarr for his one year anniversary.

Cooter took us out with a heartfelt prayer about those who are dealing with the storm and the damage. We ask the PAX to lift up Kiwi and his family as they too deal with the devastation from the storm.

YHC is always proud to lead a group of outstanding men. It is amazing what you can do when you put yourself out front and call yourself a leader. T-Claps men.

YHC Ron Burgundy

Oh yeah, by the way. M asked when I got home, “Where did you go”? Ran the loop was my answer.. Glad you listened
