YHC was excited to be Qing the Rolling Stone this week and decided it would be a good idea to do some recon the day before to see if we could Post at our normal spot Croatan HS. Upon review I decided it was time to go back to school.
It has been a crazy 3 weeks with highs, lows, joys, frustrations, accomplishments, failures, and amazement at what God has done through our fellow man. I felt like it was time to rip off the band aid and really hit today. I wanted to really push us today.
Upon arriving I see Navy out running to get a little loose and I see a few other guys already in the Parking lot. Warnings, Disclaimer given, and time to go.

It was my goal to push everyone today and I think I achieved that. Once my watch started working we logged just under 2.5 miles as well as a bunch of merkins and other exercises. Great job guys, it is fun to see the excitement in our newer guys (Cheech and Princess) and watch how they are getting what this thing is all about. Great job you guys and keep pushing.
It was awesome posting for the first time with Newman, that guy has some legs and can move. I believe he could be a candidate for BRR.
Kiwi is our steady rock at the Rolling Stone, there every week. Not a lot to say but he keeps pushing everyone by putting his best effort in each time.
Navy and Griswold are our awesome veterans that are always so encouraging to everyone and I appreciate both of you guys and the effort you put in to making F3 a success in the western part of Carterico.
Announcements: I am Q tomorrow for Mullet and Dumpster to take over Site Q duties, stay tuned for location
Prayers: Friend of Newman that lost life in a tree accident right before storm, Griswold: Mom and Stepdad and safe travels as he goes to Florida to help them move: Praise for all the kids that have volunteered to help hurricane recovery.
