The call came out sometime Tuesday and the sound of crickets began to make it seem like no one was available to take the Q for the Site Q. As the day went on, I began to ponder whether or not to take the opportunity and lead. It wasn’t until I ran into Flipova at our daughters gymnastics class that we would co-q and come up with a plan on the fly.
As I rolled into the parking lot, I was quickly joined by Dog Town, Papa Smurf, and Bunyon. 4, 2, and 1 minute warnings were given, welcome and a flawless mission statement, and the thought that Flip was not going to make it, and we began our mosey to the front of the Maritime Museum. As we were leaving the parking lot, Flip finally rolled n hot. He quickly caught up with us and we began our:
Warmarama
Cotton Pickers
SSH
Sun Gods
Windmills
A little stretching and a quick mosey back to the starting point for:
The Thang
2 rounds 15 reps then 20 reps (Flipova Leading)
Standing Back Rows
Urkins
Dips
Short mosey passed Dockhouse and around the block
Next 2 rounds 15 reps (Immigrant leading)
Copperhead Squats
Shoulder Press (Right then Left)
Double Bicep Curls
Mosey around buildings again
2 rounds (Flipova)
Straight Arm Pulls
Urkins (Overlooking Taylor’s Creek)
2 rounds (Immigrant)
Seated Rows
Chest Press
Back to the parking lot for Lt. Dan’s and side lunges. Hard Stop

Thanks for all that attended this morning. Thanks to Papa Smurf from Sarasota for attending. Safe travels to you and your family as you continue your vacation. Come back anytime. Thanks to Flipova for co-q’ing. Sometimes 2 is better than 1.
Until next time…….
