It was another beautiful Arctic Circle spring morning in the land called Carterico.  Hillary feels that empirical data suggests a New Ice Age, YHC is inclined to agree.  After early morning pleasantries were exchanged, the pax mosey’d to the track and 200m around it for:

Warmarama:

SSH IC x 25

Cotton Pickers IC x 11

Good Mornings IC x 9

Sun Gods IC x 12, rev x 8

Merkins SC x 25, Mumblechatter ensued

We mosey’d back around to the front of the track for instructions for:

The Thang:

Its called BMW 3 series.  Its 3 exercises, that’s all, done in the same fashion as we do 7s and 11s.  This particular exercise is based on 14s.  The exercises are; Burpees, Monkey Humpers, and WWIs.  We started with 1 rep of each exercise at the track then mosey’d to the front parking lot for 13 reps of each exercise.  Our path took us down the running path into Swinson Park and over to Primary School.  Along the way we stopped approximately every 1/4 mile or so and did a circuit.  2 reps, mosey, then 12, 3 then 11, repeat until we got to 7/7 at the school and worked the numbers in reverse order to attempt to finish at 13 reps each and finally 1.  We made it back to the school and were able to get to 12 reps then 2 at the shovel flag.  14 reps short of each exercise.

The total was 3.1 miles, no stopping, (no 10 counts Misty), 168 reps of Burpees, Monkey Humpers IC, and WWIs SC.

Good work men!
