The Rucky Duckers gathered up in the parking area of Sweetbeans 3,2,1 disclaimer, mission statement delivered we set out to the east for mileage and work. My plan was to focus on upper body and let the rucking work the legs.
In total 4 stops were made and the pax preformed exercises at each stop
Overhead press x20
Curl x20
Squat x20
We finished at 6:34 4 minuets over time.
We covered just over 3 miles, and had some wonderful fellowship
We had an abbreviated COT and spinal took us out in a great prayer.
As a side note there is a Goruck event April 20,2018 myrtle beach SC
Duck,shroom, Nipple shot are all HC. YHC is SC.
