The HIN has long been a favorite workout of mine since the old days of getting KILLED by MiniMe over at the country club, Duckbutter knows what I’m talking about, and when Gert asked for Q’s I was glad to volunteer and lead at FT. BENJAMIN The 3,2,1 minuet warning, was given and a flawless mission statement and disclaimer perfectly delivered we were off on a big lap around the upper grounds of Ft Benjamin. Just as We returned to the flag someone went down on the rope! was it Griswald? He was back up in a flash none the worse for the wear and then we when ahead and started WARM O RAMA
Cotten Pickers X 10
Seal claps X 20
SunGods X 10 each way
HillBillys X 10
The SEABISCUIT was introduced to me in October of 2016, first day back from a hunting trip and pre hip replacement and a JANG KILLED us with this Soulcrushsing workout. I don’t remember exactly what we did for the workout portion i just remember wanting to quit and walk to the the truck, go home and get back in bed. But I finished that workout and was better for it. I’ve been waiting for the right time and AO to put it back into play. Today was that day.
THE THANG
Repete the big warmup lap return to parking and preform the following
10 merkins
15 WW1
20 Squats
Then RUN 2 LAPS and preform the work, Then 3 LAPS and work and finally 4 LAPS and work. The studs completed A total of 11 BIG laps that includes the warmup lap T-claps to the men who were able to finish, i was not among them. i still owed 2 laps but We stopped at 6:10, gathered the SIX and circled up for some round robin MARY
Handrelease merkins x 20 reef
box cutters, griswald
dying cockroaches bigmic
American Hammers plunger
and there was one more but i was smoked and couldn’t tell you who it was that did what.
The STUDS covered 3.5 miles SLOW-MEN coverd less but it was an awesome effort put forth by all the PAX I think most all were expecting something different than the track meet they got! I typically don’t do that much running but sometime you have to get outside your comfort zone, and it felt good to put a few miles in and throw them the curv.
Big thanks for the keys to your workout Gert. YHC took us out in prayer, and again thanks to all for the effort. F3 is a special thing that should be given away at every chance. So I challenge all the men that are still reading to EH your asses off lets get all the sad clowns some new life.
Reef Out.
