After being down island for 2 weeks YHC wanted to get back into the swing ASAP. The best way to do this is to lead. So that’s just what I did. It was great to have a good turn out and I was amped for the mornings work.
I encourage all PAX to step up and LEAD a workout. If you don’t want to do it alone ask me or any other brother and we will do it together. You have to get outside your comfort zone to grow.
After a cool down from the day before A strong and motivated pax welcomed the Q and after 3.2.1 minuet warning was giving and a near flawless mission statement and disclaimer. We were off on a big lap for a much longer than usual mosey for a rolling warmorama. With mumble chatter asking if we were at the Drednought we made our first STOP.
First stop at B.B. courts for
Cotten pickers X 10 slow
Sungods x10 each way
Second stop Tree of Life
SSHx15
Imperial walkers x10
Windmill x 10
And back to my truck to grab some coupons for the thang
Partner relay
partner A runs down 3 light poles about 100yards with a weight and delivers weight and does exercises called by Q.
We had 40# kettle bell, 40 pound ruck sack, 2-25 pound dumbbells and a 10pound down rigger ball. Partner B does exercises until partner A returns then they flip flop and partner B returns the coupon. We completed several rounds and the exercises included but were not limited to the following
Star jumps
Merkins
Lunges
Squats
Ww1
SSH <———killer
With time running low we lined up along the dugout wall for peoples chair with Air presses and 10 count per man. And we picked a few cherries and put them in a bucket
We had a round robin Mary for about 4 minuets and after 3 straight q’s I can’t remember what we did.
6:15 HS was called.
Creflo took us out in prayer.
It was great to see MyT and Floppy and Blue all back out at the Anchor. Great push men!
It’s always a pleasure to lead
Reef out.
