A walkabout Rotary confirmed that the fields were ready to be used.  No cleats, no plank jacks, and no mountain climbers would be performed so we were in good shape.  Mission given and disclaimer discussed in motion and we were off to the tree of life for SSH’s, hammy stretches, windmills, groin stretches, and opposite directional windmills to warm up.

Next to the middle parking lot for lunge, lunge, burpees for the whole length of the lot.

From there to the western approaches for a Merkin countdown starting with 10 on one side of the field and counting down on each crossing of the field.

Next to the baseball wall for some people chairs 5 count before heading to the rock garden by the north entrance.  Partners were paired and we began a suicide for the length of the upper parking lot with one man doing air presses with two rocks until his partner made the turn at a light pole at which point the next man began running to the next pole.

Next back to the baseball wall for a balls to the wall before heading to the middle parkling lot for lunge lunge merkin.  It was noted by Plunger that lunge lunge merkin was very similar to lunge lunge burpee.

On to the eastern pic nic tables for a partner Dora where one man ran across the field while the other man worked on 200 dips and then the two swapped.  Next was 200 Irkins which took use within minutes of the hardstop.  We finished with LBC’s, monkey humpers, and the protractor to close things out.

Great effort today – the warm morning was awesome.  Tclaps to Steamer for pushing along with us in spite of a gimpy leg.

Truly an honor to lead,

Roon
