• When: 1/15/18
  • Workout Style: Resistance Band
  • QIC: Reef Donkey
  • PAX: Pedro (respect) Wilson, Rooney,
  • AO: Back Blasts

Cold, wet and windy conditions, met us at the cutting board.  I arrived early to  check out options on the cutting board and quickly realized, the cutting board was a solid sheet of ice.  Looked around for a quiet spot out of the wind and found some shelter on the south side of RedFish Grill.  Where me Pedro and Wilson started our workout

As promised Squid showed up and we preformed 10 merkins IC for my copy and paste infringement.  This some kind of new rule that @jang has sent down from on high?

Rooney took us our in the BOM with the lords Prayer. And since I seem to always flub this here it is according to Google.    Wilson, me, you and Pedro need to study up.

The Lords Prayer

Our Father who art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come.
Thy will be done
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us,
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom,
and the power, and the glory,
for ever and ever.

Even in the sour conditions we managed to break a sweat and get a little better. It was a great way to start the day.
