We Omaha’d To a 6am start for the day to get a little extra sleep from the Christmas fun.  I realized rather quickly that it would just be the 3 of us.  We asked about each other’s holiday and it was time to start.

Warmarama: SSH x30 ic, Sun Gods x10 ic, Imperial Walkers x15 ic

Seeing that it was really cold decided to take a run today.  We were off towards our namesake of the Boonedocks along the way we did a BLIMPS.  If you do not know what that is check out F3nation.com on list of exercises you will learn as well as maybe find a new one to incorporate.

We reached the docks and did a circuit of Dips, Dirkins, Irkins in reps of 15 each, 10 each, 5 each.  This was quite the burn and it was time to head back to the lot.

We did some Mary along the way. LBCs x25 ic, Birdman Crunches x10 each leg ic, Box cutters x25 ic.

Back at the lot we had time to finish the should burn out with 30 merkins, did LBCs x25 ic, Xs and Os until Hard Stop.

While I like to have more people at our workouts when it is this size it really gives you the opportunity for some 2nd F and that was the best part of the morning.  Just talking about life, our families, nothing, anything that came up.  Loved hanging with you guys this morning and I appreciate the push you always give to make me better. I led us out in prayer
