A nice stiff north wind greeted 8 PAX as we prepared to ruck Friday morning.  Mission and disclaimer were given and off we went to the eastard stopping at the yacht basin for some LT. Dans and Merkins to get warmed up.  After that we took off for the bridge.  A hard wind, pitch black lighting, a thigh high railing, a cooler lid, and the bottom drawer out of somebody’s kitchen oven made for some good mumble as we up and over.  To spice things up, YHC took the pax through the cactus gauntlet on the way to the boat ramp parking lot.  Once we pulled out all the spines we did three rounds of pack curls and pack overhead presses.  From there, it was across 70 and on to the radio island rock jetty for some ab work consisting of LSF’s and Dying Cockroaches.  This was putting us close to hard stop so we had a quick pace to get back to the Sanitary.  This time over the bridge the light was considerably better making for a nice view.  Back in the parking lot we found Nipple and Chain link who came in a little late, gambled, and headed west but never found us – sorry guys.

Spinal took us out in fine style as he always does getting us back to center to start the day.

A pleasure to lead,

Roon
