It was a great morning- perfect weather and AWESOME Turnout- 16 total:

Madoff, Suitcase, The Second Mile, Squid, Doogie, BIG MIC, Crabby Englishman, Pasqually, DUCK BUTTER, Gertrude, Jang a Lang, Frosted Flake, Misty, Deebo, Steamer, and Bayliner.

We began at 5:25, moseyed to front of West for Warmarama-

SSH x15, Cotton Pickers x15, Sun Gods x10ea, Ll o Rt, Rt o Lt, 3 Burpees and off we went

Thang:  We ran down the Morehead Beltline stopping often for Merkins x12ish, WW1 x12ish, Carolina Dry Docks x12ish, and LBC’s x12ish with some Burpees thrown in at each stop to keep us all honest.  We ran to the Carteret Times and back.  Total 3.18 miles with lots of shoulder and stomach work in between. Awesome effort today by all the men and really appreciate everyone that came out- Great Job!  Really good to see Duck and Big Mic this am- thanks for coming and crushing it

Announcements- There will be a BRR race in 2018.  F3 Carterico will be attending BRR 2018.  There will be lots of workouts through out the rest of the week, so please check Slack for updates and Q blasts-

Prayer Requests:  Doogies Dad is in New Bern and is not doing well- Please continue to pray for him.  All the people affected by the Hurricanes and their recovery.  Good News- Double Mint received a good report from his Dr. that is a result of his hard work everyday at F3- Congrats and keep it up.
