Reef goes to the HASHMARK

What an Awesome start to The Weekend. 

Having never posted at the Hash what better way to busy a cherry than to jump In head first.

A Perfect disclaimer and mission statement were given and we headed out for a Long warm up mosey southward along Brandywine Boulevard across Highway 24 to the basket ball goal

For  warm-ups we performed the following:

Side straddle hops

Cotton pickers

Downward dog

Merkens

Windmill

Mosey back to the pump station for our workout. 

40 seconds on 20 seconds off. 

1.Overhead press 15 pound dumbbells

2.Sandbag squat 50 pound bag

3.Plank jacks

4.Curl 25 pound dumbbell

5.Run to the entrance and back

6. log toss

7.Boss Tweed

8.Tailgate erkins

we completed 4 rounds with 3 minuets to spare

monkey wrench lead us in American Hammer Reef lead for 20 LSF IC and Plung took us the the hard stop with an awesome round of dying cockroaches

The HashMark is a Great spot to workout  I’d encourage all to post at this AO

YHC took us out.
