I was greeted with a stiff North wind this morning as i headed to the car and wondered how many brave soles would fight off the fart sack demon. 9 dedicated men beat the fart sack alarm and made there way to the Veterans Day Hero Patriot. After the mission statement and disclaimer with plenty of shivering going on, this is how it went down.
We moseyed to the front parking lot for Warmarama.

Veterans Day Salute
We moseyed back to the starting point and each PAX member honored a Veteran they knew by giving their name, service, and a brief story about them. It was so amazing to hear about the service of each man, Thank you for everyone for sharing this, it was very special. My Father was a proud WWII Navy veteran until the day he died, He dropped out of school in the 11th grade, lied about his age so he could join the Navy, and fought for our county in the South Pacific. Not just today because it is Veterans Day, but any chance you get, thank a Veteran young or old for their service. Take the time to talk to them and listen to their stories. They have experienced things that many of us never will and it’s history that needs to be passed down from generation to generation.
