What a bunch of bad asses!  The last time we did the full Murph was February…when Big Mic handed the reigns over.  We did it in 55 minutes and were pretty elated about the progress we had made….

Today we busted the Murph out in 44 minutes!  We were trucking.  So after 2.75 miles, 300 squats, 200 pushups and 100 pullups in 44 minutes, we added 1 more lap and 4 bleacher snakes.  This gave us a total of 3.4 miles at an average pace of 8.04…….Great friggin work!  Way to push this morning fellas and way to jump in there and lead count 2.0 Pele!

 

Yall make me extremely proud!
