As I was driving to the Hero this am, I was not sure there would be any showing up since most of the PAX and Carteret County are at the Cape.  Upon arrival, it was great to see Pastor C waiting in his car, as well as All 9’s from SC who is in town for his sister’s wedding.  Pastor C brought a FNG, who happens to be his brother in law and a great guy from Edenton.  Hopefully FLO will be growing F3 in Edenton-  It was also good to see Cheney down for the weekend and I am sure we will be seeing a lot more of him now that Summer has begun.

We started with a Mosey to the tennis courts for warmarama.

SSHx15, Winsmillsx15, Cotton pickers x15, Sun Gods x15, Reverse Sun Gods x15, lt over rt, rt over lt, and downward dog

Mosey to the track to begin the workout.  We altered a little since we had 5 guys and stayed together as a group.  We started at the 50 yd line of the track and ran to the end zone for 10 ww1’s and 20 LBC’s, run to the 50 for 10 merkins, run to the other end zone for 10 ww1’s and 20 LBC’s, and back to the starting point for 9 merkins.  We continued the same circuit running laps and counting down merkins until we reached 0.  In total we did 100 WW1’s and 200 LBC’s in cadence.

We then ran to the pull up bars for rounds of pull ups and double wide merkins.  In between the rounds we ran a lap around the building.

Next we moved to the benches for rounds of dips, earkins, and derkins with a lap around the building in between.

We moseyed to the track for a lap and finished up with Mary on the track before heading to the flag for count off.

It was a great workout today with a good group of guys who all worked hard.  Especially proud of FLO who joined us for the first time and seemed to complete the workout with ease.  FLO is the perfect person to start up F3 in Edenton and I think he will do a great job.  Thanks for bringing him out Pastor C!  Good to see All 9’s show up and always good to get ideas and thoughts from someone that visits from other F3 locations.

No announcements- Prayer requests for Trailer’s mom, Blart’s wife, and all of you guys at the Cape camping and your families-

Thanks again for the opportunity to lead- Bayliner
