Well low and behold I came to find out late Friday that I would have the honor of the Dread today.  This particular workout always pushes the limits and my goal was not to fall short of expectations!

I wanted to do 1/4 mile moseys with sprint work at each leg so to make this more achievable I decided to start at the friendly market…after a brief disclaimer we began the mosey to….

The News Times!  Our bastion of forward thinking where we did some stretching and partnered up.  Then began the real deal….. Partner A sprints parking loop partner B does jump squats.  This was done 3 times per partner.  We then moseyed to the trail intersection where partner a sprinted to the rotary shack and partner B did 3 count merkins.  We did this 3 times.  We then moseyed to tennis courts where partner A sprinted across court and partner B did merkins.  We did this 3 times.  We then moseyed to the elementary school parking lot where partner A sprinted the loop and partner B did Dying cockroaches.  3 times!  We then moseyed to the soccer field where partner a sprinted across the field and partner B did monkey humper.  3 times!!  We then moseyed to picnic shelter where partner A sprinted around the outhouse and the shelter and partner B did derkins.  3 times!!!  We then moseyed to trail intersection where we lined up for indian run back to the esteemed News Times.  At News Times we sprinted the loop and did jump squats…can you guess?  3 times!!!  We then jail broke to the friendly market where we cooled down with some low slow flutters, box cutters, single leg homer to marges and some hello dollies.  Prayer concerns wer spoken and Waterwings let us know that he was part of a group getting F3 started in Washington DC.  This morning was an absolute joy and a pleasure and I truly appreciate the opportunity to lead you fellas!
