With an all star cast of Christmas misfits, the glorious morning was entered into with vigor and happiness…After a plethora of SSHs to get us warmed up, we began ….

THE THANG!

Serpent Burpee Sevens

-with the picnic shed as out base, we would run 100 yard in 1 direction and do 6 burpees, run back to the shed, do a workout and then run another 100 yards in the opposite direction and do 1 burpee.  We did the whole seven series in this fashion for a total of 42 burpees.  The exercises in the middle were as follows

1) 40 Hungarian dips

2)30 Erkins

3) 20 plank seat touches

4) 20 Derkins

5) 30 Dips

6) 20 Step Ups

7) 30 Erkins

8) 20 Texas Step Ups

9) 230 Jump Ups

10) 20 Derkins

Running out of time we were able to hard stop into 30 Monkey Humpers….Incredibly awesome morning fellas!
