YHC got to the AO super early cause I couldn’t sleep. Amped with anticipation to do my first Q. Decided to focus on legs today since I have a cycling addiction and figured I would use this platform to build leg strength and endurance.

Mosey to the wall for people’s Chair with Air Presses while each man gives a 10 count. (A mysterious foul odor broke concentration and men had to abort chair position). Perhaps too much Holiday protein.
Balls to the Wall with each man giving a 5 count
Repeat the above 3X with a little variance and even some @Hillary inspired Bro-ga.
We then moseyed back to the flag for MARY where @suitcase led us in a round of X’s & O’s. Then @birdman led us through some Freddy Mercury, and finally
@monkey wrench beat us into submission with Low Slow Flutter.
As we circled up for COT, YHC felt inspired and gave thanks for fellowship and health. Prayers were sent out to @reefdonkey’s family members and people alone during the holidays.
Today was a great work out and Virgin Q. I felt honored for the opportunity to lead awesome PAX willing to brave the cold and post Christmas grogginess
