Filling in for Bunion at the Digger 7/31/18

7 men gathered in beaufort with YHC covering for Bunion who I guess doesn’t know how to check the Q schedule and was meeting with the “family” in NY I am sure just meeting with the bosses of the family updating on how things are running in carterico. YHC gave a disclaimer and we were off.

We ran a couple blocks and ssh x 20 and ran another two blocks and completed a variety of other warm up exercises. Ran another block and completed some Merkins and squats and continued this pattern working our way around Beaufort and back to the dockhouse just under 3 miles. Great work done by all staying together.

YHC has the chicken shack and Dogtown took us out in the BOM
