Warmarama- Wilson took this and did SSH, Sun Gods, Wind mills, right over left stretch, cotton pickers—all IC x 15
Thang- double apple sauce indian run to Shevans ( stopping once and doing merkin wave/plank x 3) Once at shevans, partner up and run across both courts (2-twice) while the other partner did dry-docks, burpees, wojo squats, lbc’s WWI’s. Then a quick wheel-barrow across the courts and with 15 minutes left it was time to head back. Indian ran back to cutting board ( stopping 1/2 way for the merkin/plank x 3).
