What : A friggin awesome Hero Patriot beat down

Where : The High School with the second highest average SAT in the great state of North Carolina.  West Carteret High School

When : Saturday….0700 Hard start

How : We will have a 2 part day to include merkins, squats, snakes, footballs, tees, sprints, low slow flutters, dead bugs, hello dollies and one single lap around the track.

Who : Anybody who wants to offset the affects of the great day of Thanks and hand with Lassie on a day he will be Fired up!

Weather : Could it be anything other than glorious!
