Early this morning my alarm was going off, I did not want to get up. This being the day after Thanksgiving and having fed several hundred people at the restaurant the day before I was sleep deprived and not motivated. YHC recognized that that is the exact reason why I needed to slay the fartsack monster and earn some sweat equity. Upon arrival at the AO (CCC) I was he last to arrive, the other three were there. It was chilly and brisk. Laettner informed me that he was going to Q for Frosted Flake at the Rucky Duck as his 2.0’s were not feeling well. Laetner would need to Omaha early.

It was time, we rolled out down the normal path seeking shelter from the wind on Evans Street. Up and over the bridge we went. Laettner turned around at the top of the bridge so he could make his Q. Tinactin only went to the base of the bridge and not over. He put in 8 miles pushing his soon the day before. CJ and YHC continued over the bridge and turned around and headed back. Upon return to the flag Laettner was gone and Tinactin was stretching, CJ and I joined with the stretching on our 6 with a parked car shielding us from the wind.
