I offered to take the Q today for Doublemint after his “dancing” incident put him out with a sore back. With it being the coldest morning so far, I was not confident there would be a big showing. But 2 others used their man cards and got out of the warm bed to better themselves with me. With the north wind blowing across the parking lot the temp was more like 19 degrees not the 28 actual degrees. The three of us bundled up gathered for the hard start. Found something that looked very interesting and seemed difficult, so I tried it. It was called The Board of Pain. And I did modify it a little. While we did the excercises, I had a playlist of some motivational music to keep us going. Thankfully no residents were within earshot. The playlist I will put after.
All excersises are OYO. Plan was to wait for the 6, but that wasn’t really needed because we are awesome!!

With some time left, it was rinse and repeat but this time 50 each. We made it to the shoulder taps and had 3 minutes left so it was a little Mary.
