Started off the morning with round of side straddle hops followed by lbcs and burpees. Next we went for a wheel barrels followed by lunges. We took a short mosey and then another started another round of side straddle hops burpees and lbcs. Next was more lunges and crab walks. More lunges and back peddles. Took a mosey and another round of side straddle hops lbcs and burpees. Another two rounds and a 5 minute mosey back to the parking lot wrapped it up for us. Great job guys!
