I rolled up to CHS at 5:25 and Princess was already there.  Does that guy sleep? He is kind of like Chuck Norris, he waits, he doesn’t sleep.  Purplerain and Backup were along with me.  Cheech, Linus and Kiwi pulled in then Dumpster Dawg showed up coming in hot with 1 minute to hard start.  I guess we were the only 8 people that didn’t go to the convergence this morning.

With all the PAX present we started at 5:30 sharp.  Backup recited the mission statement, the kid is flawless in his delivery.

Warrm-a-rama – all in cadence
1. Side Straddle Hops
2. Cotton Pickers
3. Cheech Girl Fights (forward and backward)
4. Imperial Walkers

Next  I led the guys around the parking lot for my standard 5 burpees in 4 corners.  I think the PAX thought I forgot, I usually start with that,  WILD CARD!!!  A little mumble chatter, but it slowly subsided.

RACK & STACK
First we started upstairs with an upper body circuit
1st Corner – 10 Merkins
2nd Corner – 10 Merkins, 10 Dry Docks
3rd Corner – 10 Merkins, 10 Dry Docks, 10 Air Presses
4th Corner – 10 Merkins, 10 Dry Docks, 10 Air Presses, 10 Bat Wings
We then unpacked it in each corner of the parking lot and moseyed in between

We moved on to the downstairs (lower body circuit in cadence)
1st Corner – 10 Squats
2nd Corner – 10 Squats, 10 Alternating Lunges
3rd Corner – 10 Squats, 10 Alternating Lunges, 10 Dead Lifts
4th Corner – 10 Squats, 10 Alternating Lunges, 10 Dead Lifts, 10 Calf Raises
We then unpacked it in each corner of the parking lot and moseyed in between

We then divided into two uneven teams and did an Alligator Merkin relay.  I don’t think we will be doing that again, but it was entertaining.  With under two minutes left we circled up, did 15 LBCs, and one Superman for Couch Potato.
