we ran down to gilligan corner and completed 20 Squats SC and 10 Merkins IC we ran to the museum and completed 20 Squats, 20 Dips IC, 15 Urkins SC, ran another 1/4 mile and completed another set of Squats x 20, step ups x 10 IC, Dips x 15 IC, 5 Burpees, another 1/4 mile to Boss tweeds paver gym and completed 20 shoulder press, 20 frnot raise, 10 staggered Merkins on each, ran to the long bench and completed 15 urkins, 10 step IC on each legs, 20 Dips, 5 Burpees. Ran back to the dockhouse parking lot and completed 25 LBC IC then ran to the other end completed 20 Squats and 5 Burpees, 25 LSF IC and ran to the other end completed another set of Squats and Burpees. Plankarama x 2 minutes and 5 Burpees and the other end.
Wifi took us out in the BOM, great work everyone and let’s continue to keep Beaufort going strong and showing support to the HIN in Beaufort next month of January.
