The four us met up and a cold, windy, rainy morning. YHC was not sure what kind of numbers we were going to have today, so three plans were ready for any scenario. With a small number, we went with option one. A very short disclaimer was given. Off to the warmorama.

Sun god x 10 each direction
Cotton Picker slow x 10
Grab a tire and head to the track. Run a 200M with the tire, drop the tire, run 50 meters out and back. Rinse and repeat. With a partner, carry one tire to 50M run back and grab the other tire, bringing it back 50M. Lunge 50 M with the tire. 1 lap with the tires. Rest position is down dog on the tire. Back to partner tire carry. 200M with tire, rims and repeat. Lunge with tire. Carry tires back. 2 miles total with the tires.
Running back toward the flags 4 sets of 25 quick dips on the curbs.
We found a little shelter for some static yoga exercises
