The Greatest Green Mile took off for the hills today. Lit up like Christmas trees, the boys took to the EI Bridge Some did four, others did less but we all averaged 3 to four miles. What started out to be a sore, stiff Monday ended up being a loose, invigorating run. After the circle of trust, the group grabbed Gatorade, water, fruit and even a few chocolate Minnie donuts. I’m really glad I ran. I planned on walking but the group is good for the soul. The Green Mile is a great way to start the week, loosen the muscles, and increase the aerobic capacity which will help see you through for the rest of the weekly workouts! Bring it Boyz!
