This morning 18 strong gathered at The Boondocks.  One minute warning then hard start.  F3 Mission Statement delivered and then Warmarama:

25 side straddle hops (IC) while we waited for our 19th member to arrive.  Three burpees for Cooter.  Mosey to the “hill” at the Lowe’s entrance for:

Thang One – 7s (merkins at the bottom and WWIs at the top). Plank for the 6 or join them for extra credit.  Mosey to the corner of 24 and Anita Forte Dr for three burpees for Cooter.  Next up:

Thang Two – Four Corners (around the block of both churches.  Corner one = 20 side straddle hops (IC).  Corner two = add 20 squats.  Corner three = add twenty merkins.  Corner four = add twenty monkey humpers (IC).  We took a detour half way for 25 LBCs and three burpees for Cooter.  Back to corner one for three burpees for Cooter.  Mosey to overflow parking lot for:

Thang Three – Repeat prior Four Corners on shorter route.  Had to Omaha the last one to get in three more burpees for Cooter.

Back at the flag we circled up for LBCs (just for our boy Princess).  Three extra burpees for Cooter then Hard Stop.
