I woke up to a humid, yet glorious morning….one where I should be fartsacking due to working my ass off during a Seafood Festival. Instead, for the first weekend of October, in six years, I was able to spend the weekend thinking about and planning the Table Setter workout. And oh what a work out it was!

Run from 4th st to 9th st – 10 Curb Merkins
Run from 9th to 5th st – 10 curb merkins, 15 star jacks
Run from 5th to 8th st – 10 curb merkins, 15 star jacks, 20 dying cockroaches
Run from 8th to 6th st – 10 curb merkins, 15 star jacks, 20 dying cockroaches, 25 explosion squats
Run from 6th to 7th st – 10 curb merkins, 15 star jacks, 20 dying cockroaches, 25 explosion squats and the apex of the pyramid 30 BURPEES!
Run to 3rd st wall for Hungarian Peoples Chair with each man doing a 5 count.
Jang took us out with some good static stretching.
We have a new superstar in our midst! A fellow by the name of “Lamar” (Terrible Duck Butter name) showed this morning and put the heat on…..Steamer, Deebo and Misty all tried to hang with this guy but they dropped like flies!
